When the practice you refer is approved for a Nitra Card.
You can refer as many times as you like. Just fill in the details below and they will receive an email with instructions to apply. You will receive a personal cash gift card in an amount determined in accordance with the below if you referred customer is approved for a credit limit and activates their Nitra card.
Approval of any referred customer is subject to Nitra's sole discretion.
Referred customer must spend at least $10,000 on the Nitra Card to qualify. Referred customer must participate in a welcome call with the Nitra team (no longer than 30 minutes in duration), unless explicitly waived by Nitra.
