Incentive Campaign Terms

1. Eligibility and Reward

To be eligible to receive the incentive described in these Terms (the “Reward”), you must meet all of the following conditions:

• New Customer: You must not be a current or former Nitra customer, have not previously submitted your email to Nitra, or have not previously engaged with Nitra’s sales team.
• Geography and role: You must (i) be located in the United States and (ii) be in a finance-related role where you have influence over purchasing decisions for your organization.
• Industry: You must be a business operating in the healthcare industry or a referral from a Nitra partner, unless this requirement is waived in writing by the relevant Nitra sales representative.
• Sales meeting: You must complete a meeting with a Nitra sales representative.

Eligible participants who complete all requirements will receive a $250 pre-paid visa gift card, delivered by email within 30 days after the Sales meeting referenced above.  Gift cards will expire in accordance with the expiration date set forth on such gift card, if applicable.

Nitra reserves the right to determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria and may disqualify individuals at its sole discretion.

Nitra is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered emails or for Rewards not received due to user error (including incorrect or inaccessible email addresses or failure to complete required actions).

2. Restrictions

• Non-transferable: Rewards are personal to the recipient and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned.
• No combination: This Offer cannot be combined with any other Nitra offers, referral rewards, promotional campaigns, or discounts.
• Redemption window: You must claim your Reward within 1 year of receiving the email.  Claimed Rewards must be used prior to the expiration date set forth on each gift card.  Unclaimed cards will expire.
• One per participant: Limit one Reward per eligible participant.
• Tax responsibility: Rewards may be taxable. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and should consult their tax advisor.

3. Miscellaneous

Nitra reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without notice and for any reason. Nitra also reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Reward in the event of actual or suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

This Offer may end at any time at Nitra’s discretion.

None of Nitra, Inc. or any of its affiliates are responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in the processing or administration of this offer. All Rewards are subject to Nitra’s review and may be withheld or forfeited if eligibility criteria are not met.
